David Simmons
Owner/President
David is the owner and president of Real Property Management Concordia — a franchise of the nation’s premier property management solution and a Neighborly company — he opened in partnership with his son, Walton, in 2023. With a lifelong love of real estate and a background in property investing, David brings an understanding of the housing market and a personal touch through first-in-class resources to Nashville, one of the country’s fastest-growing markets.
In addition to RPM, David is the owner and sales representative of Component Sales Group, where he provides manufacturing customers with top-notch product offerings and engineering expertise. With over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, David holds his Certified Professional Manufacturers Representative (CPMR) from Arizona State University, a credential demonstrating his commitment to excellence and professionalism in manufacturing.
In his time with Component Sales Group, David has developed proficiency in new business development, process improvement, operations management, and an invaluable understanding of global sourcing, inventory management, and collaborating with suppliers worldwide. David started Component Sales Group with his own father and, for more than 20 years, built their agency servicing world-class manufacturing customers, including John Deere, Club Car, Blue Bird bus, and more.
David attended college at the University of Richmond on an ROTC scholarship, where he studied Political Science and Government. After graduation, he attended flight school in Fort Rucker, Alabama, where he earned his aviator wings as an OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Pilot. He took assignments in Fulda and Schweinfurt, Germany, in Air Calvary units for nearly four years before returning to the United States for advanced training. David completed his Army career as a captain, where he completed a tour as a troop commander in Fort Stewart, Georgia. As a fifth-generation Atlantan, you can find David cheering on the Braves, Falcons, and Georgia Bulldogs in his free time.
Walton Simmons
Owner/Vice President
Walton is the owner and vice president of Real Property Management Concordia — a franchise of the nation’s premier property management solution and a Neighborly company — which he opened in partnership with his father, David, in 2023. With a passion for the housing market and a detailed understanding of real estate investing, Walton provides clients with personalized customer service, sophisticated analysis, and comprehensive property management services through his unique position as a Nashville local with RPM’s world-class resources.
Before starting RPM Concordia, Walton served as an organization leader and sales representative with Southwestern Advantage nation’s most rigorous and oldest summer internship program. In his time at Southwestern, Walton relocated to four different states, managing his own small business, marketing, and distributing educational resources to families. Throughout seven summers, Walton connected with more than 25 thousand families and, out of more than 1,500 students, finished in the top 1% of program participants in his last year.
Walton holds his Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business, ranked in the top three best real estate programs by U.S. News and World Report. As an avid history enthusiast, Walton also earned his minor in classics. Walton is a sixth-generation Atlantan who moved to Nashville drawn to the city’s friendliness and arts-centric nature. In his free time, you can find him cheering on a variety of his favorite sports teams, including the Atlanta Falcons, Georgia Bulldogs, Braves, and Liverpool, spending time with his family and friends, and exploring all the good eats Nashville has to offer.
